Hi, I’m Melony, one of the M’s in M Squared!

I am a hairstylist specializing in creative cuts and colors for women and men. With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, I love bringing my clients’ visions to life, whether it’s a fresh new look or a glamorous style for a special occasion.

Since 2010, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients to create styles that reflect their personalities and make them feel confident. I believe that every visit to the salon should be an enjoyable, personal experience, and I take pride in building strong relationships with each client who sits in my chair. My passion for hair goes beyond just the technical skills—it's about connecting with people and helping them feel their best.

One of my favorite aspects of the job is making brides feel beautiful and radiant on their wedding day. I love playing a role in such an important moment, ensuring every detail is perfect and that each bride feels her most glamorous self.

When I’m not at the salon, I’m spending time with my wonderful family—my fiancé, our four kids (two of mine and two stepchildren), and our small zoo of animals! I also enjoy coaching field hockey and lacrosse, and cheering on my son at his races. Life is always busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I’m passionate about creating styles that my clients love and making sure they leave the salon feeling amazing. I look forward to welcoming you into my chair and building a lasting relationship!

Hi! I’m Megan, the OTHER M in M Squared!

I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2011, when I graduated from Delmarva Beauty Academy in Salisbury, Maryland. My passion for hairstyling led me straight into the salon, where I spent seven years honing my craft and building lasting relationships with my clients. In 2017, my lifelong dream became a reality when my best friend, Melony, and I opened the doors to M Squared.

Specializing in color, I love everything from highlights and balayage to a simple root touch-up. There’s something truly magical about transforming someone’s look and watching them leave feeling more confident and beautiful. What I cherish most about M Squared is the fun atmosphere we’ve created and the deep connections we form with every client who sits in our chairs.

Beyond the salon, I’m a proud mom to two little girls, Marlynn and Madden, and have been married to my amazing husband Mike for 10 years. In my free time, you can usually find me cheering on my kids from the sidelines or planning our next family adventure. I’m also a coffee lover (always with an extra shot!) and enjoy shopping and dining out whenever I get the chance.
